According to a survey from 2018, 44 percent of elderly Norwegians strongly agreed that elderly should have better access to non-digital services. In similar vein, another 17 percent of the respondents agreed to this statement. By comparison, eight percent of the elderly disagreed, while nine percent strongly disagreed.
