According to a survey from 2018, 23 percent of elderly Norwegians did not develop further computer and internet skills because they did not have enough time. The second most common reason was the lack of interest (21 percent), while another seven percent of the respondents did not get the help they needed in order to improve their digital skills. By contrast, six percent of the respondents did not need digital aid.
