For Amazon Prime members in the UK, the main reason why they chose another retailer over Amazon was cheaper prices available elsewhere. According to the results of a survey conducted among UK consumers with Prime membership, about a quarter of shoppers said they chose other retailers when more convenient delivery options were offered by them. ** percent of respondents in the survey said they preferred in-store experiences, hence they did not choose to shop with Amazon.
