Citation formats

When asked about their preferred delivery methods they see themselves using in the future, the vast majority (** percent) of online shoppers surveyed in the United States in **** picked the option "Postal worker with traditional delivery methods" like vans running on gasoline. In contrast, the share of those who could foresee themselves using greener delivery options was much lower: ** percent for electric delivery vans and ** percent for cargo bikes.
