The United Kingdom connected wind tubines in three wind farms in 2024, Dogger Bank Phase A , Neart na Gaoithe, and Moray West. Combined, they accounted for a new capacity of more than 1.1 gigawatts. Dogger Bank Phase A, located off the coast of off the coast of Yorkshire, connected the largest capacity to the grid in 2024, roughly 882 megawatts.Â
