This graph presents a list of ideas and innovations on how to reduce queuing time in stores or at least make it more pleasant, based on a survey conducted in France in summer 2016. Over a third of respondents stated that increasing the number of self-service checkouts would, in their opinion, improve waiting time at cashier's desks, whereas *** percent declared that being able to pay before or after shopping would be an improvement to checkout lines in stores.
