This graph shows the percentage of people with high and low knowledge of the EU within the six largest member states; Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Poland and Great Britain. Higher levels of knowledge of the EU are seen in countries which have adopted the Euro: France, Germany, Italy and Spain; and lower in the non-Euro zone countries: Great Britain and Poland. Great Britain is the only example within the group in which the percentage of low knowledge is actually greater than the higher knowledge.
