This statistic shows the result of a Europe-wide survey gauging attitudes towards a potential exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union. The results show that Norway has the greatest population that supports the UK exit plan, this is the only country surveyed in which the percentage of support for UK independence is greater than the approval to remain within the EU. Statistics from Portugal on the other hand reveal that the majority of its population want the UK to stay, this is the highest percentage of "remain" supporters from a single nationality.
