Regardless of their age, American homebuyers relied first and foremost on the service of a real estate agent when looking for information during a home search. In 2024, about ** percent of the respondents in a survey among recent home buyers had used a real estate agent to obtain information. Unsurprisingly, the youngest home buyers were also more likely to use a mobile or tablet search device.
