In the featured countries, U.S. president Joe Biden is much more trusted than his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to do the right thing regarding world affairs. However, while confidence in Putin is low in almost every developed country, it is more mixed in developing countries. The median confidence rating for Biden is 43 percent regarding his foreign affairs actions, while Putin scores 21 percent. The highest confidence for President Joe Biden was found in the Philippines, whereas Malaysians had the highest confidence in Vladimir Putin.
