American's perception of how U.S. presidents are seen by global leaders 2001-2024
Americans perceived that George W. Bush reached the highest respect levels among world leaders of the last four U.S. presidents. This happened in February 2002, only half a year after the **** terrorist attacks. However, the perceived respect of President Bush decline since, dropping to ** percent in 2008, the lowest received by any of the four presidents. The perceived respect of Bush, Obama, and Biden declined during their presidential terms, whereas that of Donald Trump increased.
