As of the spring of 2024, French President Emmanuel Macron was the world leader in which the highest share of the respondents in a survey had the highest confidence, just ahead of U.S. President Joe Biden. However, none of the *** leaders received confidence levels above ** percent. Russian President Vladimir Putin received the lowest confidence ratings.
