This statistic provides information on the perceived internet value per user in the United States, France, Japan, Germany, South Korea and India in 2010, by age group. It was found that U.S. consumers aged 35 to 44 years believed themselves to receive U.S. dollars worth of value over and above what they pay for devices, applications, services, and access. This perceived value is called consumer surplus.
