According to a 2024 survey, interest in switching to a bank that offers timely financial health tips was highest among the youngest customers. In total, ** percent of respondents aged 17 to 27 said they would be likely to switch, compared with ** percent of those aged 28 to 43, ** percent of those aged 44 to 59, and ** percent of those aged 60 to 78. Across regions, respondents in EMEA reported the greatest willingness to switch at ** percent, followed by North America at ** percent and APAC at ** percent.
