This statistic presents the results of a survey on the impact of sexism on the gaming habits of female video game players in France. Nearly one-third of female gamers have already chosen not to participate in a voice chat for fear of experiencing sexist remarks, while 15 percent have even decided to hide their gender during a game. Additionally, 25 percent of the women surveyed reported having left a group or game due to sexist behavior from other players.
