Citation formats

In 2024, approximately 26.5 percent of supplement consumers were over 65 years old, showing a clear predominance of this age group. In the case of the young population, however, the consumption of this type of supplement is not very widespread. In fact, individuals between 14 and 24 years old represented only about 10 percent of the total supplement readers.
