Distribution of professional training by type of training in France 2016
Lifelong learning or continuing education can be offered in various formats to individuals wishing to participate: group courses (workshops, training), seminars, workshops, conferences, private lessons, on-the-job training. Information on the distribution of non-formal professional training undertaken by the French working population in 2016, according to the type of training, is provided in the report on training and employment by INSEE (National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies). Thus, more than half of the training offered in 2016 were group courses.
