Among 1,043 respondents who are Chief People, Chief Learning Officers, Chief Strategy Offices and Chief Executive Officers in multinational and national companies with at least 500 employees worldwide. These companies span 22 industry sectors and 55 economies worldwide, representing 14 million workers.聽

According to a survey between May and September 2024, companies across surveyed countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region projected a significant need for reskilling and upskilling their existing workforce to better work alongside AI by 2030. At least ** percent of respondents from Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines stated they were likely to implement that strategy in response to AI's growing prevalence.聽
