Among 1,043 respondents who are Chief People, Chief Learning Officers, Chief Strategy Offices and Chief Executive Officers in multinational and national companies with at least 500 employees worldwide. These companies span 22 industry sectors and 55 economies worldwide, representing 14 million workers.聽

In 2024, the majority of employers across subregions in the Asia-Pacific region indicated they will focus on reskilling and upskilling their existing workforce to better utilize AI by 2030.
