Between 2022 and 2024, the share of consumers in the Netherlands that have switched to another grocery store as their primary supermarket remained stable. Both in the first and last year, percent of respondents to a survey indicated having changed their primary supermarket. According to the same survey, price was the main rationale behind their choice.
