In June 2024, mobile banking applications were the most common service channel utilized by younger customers aged 25 years or younger in Israel. Among this age group, ** percent used their bank's app for information and transactions. In contrast, ** percent of individuals aged 71 years or more were reported to utilize their bank's mobile app. A higher share of older clients were recorded using banking websites.
