Share of people taking professional trainings in the Netherlands 2022, by industry
In 2022, over half of the Dutch employees had taken professional trainings in the last two years. Taking further on-the-job training was especially popular among employees in finance, education, healthcare and governance. Of the finance professionals, **** percent had taken professional training courses recently. Among employees in the hospitality industry, this was just **** percent.
