In 2024, roughly a quarter of Gen Z adults surveyed in the United States reported losing sleep as a result of experiencing oral health issues, while 18 percent reported feeling sad. Meanwhile, only seven percent of surveyed Boomers reported sleep loss, with nine percent stating they felt sad due to oral health issues.
