Notable deals included the purchasing of Mobileye in 2017 for **** billion U.S. dollars, dubbed the largest exit deal in local history. Other major acquisitions included Habana Labs, which functions as an essential part of the company's AI offering. In 2022, Intel attempted to acquire Tower Semiconductors in another multi-billion dollar deal, but this later fell through following a review by Chinese regulators.
