As of 2023, over 64 percent of workers in the technology industry in Israel were non-Ultra-Orthodox Jewish men. This group was followed by non-Ultra-Orthodox Jewish women. The remaining 4.6 percent of technology company employees belonged to the Arab and Ultra-Orthodox communities in the country. These minority groups are significantly underrepresented in the local tech industry.
