In comparison, the Apple App Store had only 13 percent of apps getting over one million downloads monthly. In 2023, 19Â gaming app publishers made more than one billion U.S. dollars in cumulative revenues worldwide. In recent years, more mobile gaming companies were able to reach the milestone of generating over one billion U.S. dollars in cumulative revenues than other app categories.
