In 2023, there was a disparity in the consumption of vegetables, greens, and fruit in Italy, varying according to age groups. Among individuals aged 14 to 17, 66.2 percent consumed fruit and veggies at least once a day. Among those 75 years or older, the share of those consuming fruit and veggies daily amounted to 89.1 percent.Â
