The monitoring program covers nine express service enterprises, including China Post EMS, SF Express, ZTO Express, YTO Express, Yunda Express, STO Express, JD Logistics, Deppon Express, and J&T Express.
The survey was conducted in 50 cities, including the municipalities of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, 27 provincial capitals, and 19 cities with high express delivery volumes.

Processing time of courier services in key areas in China by phase 2024
As of 2024, domestic parcels sent through China's courier companies spent, on average, hours before reaching their recipients, almost ** hours of which were attributed to the transportation between the parcel processing centers. Every year, the regulatory authorities in China conduct large-scale online surveys and random tests to monitor the service of the country's major courier service providers.
