The monitoring program covers nine express service enterprises, including China Post EMS, SF Express, ZTO Express, YTO Express, Yunda Express, STO Express, JD Logistics, Deppon Express, and J&T Express.
The survey was conducted in 50 cities, including the municipalities of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, 27 provincial capitals, and 19 cities with high express delivery volumes.

Customer satisfaction levels of courier services in China 2019-2024
A survey conducted in 2024 by China's State Post Bureau revealed that express delivery customers in the country *** with their service providers. Every year, the regulatory authorities in China conduct large-scale online surveys and random tests to monitor the service of the country's major courier companies.
