State of Play, produced by Sony Interactive Entertainment, is a series of livestream events showcasing upcoming games for the PlayStation platforms. The June 2025 edition of the event had over 2.2 million peak viewers and an airtime of 75 minutes, making it the most popular edition of the event so far. The second-most viewed State of Play took place in February 2025, where livestreaming showcase generated a peak viewership of 2.18 million viewers during a 65 minute airtime. The July 10, 2025, State of Play focused exclusively on Ghost of Yotei, a standalone follow-up to the 2020 hit Ghost of Tsushima. It generated about 346,000 peak viewers.
