Original survey question: "Do you have a good or poor opinion of cars of brands from Europe?"
Respondents came from national samples from each country. The quota approach was employed to ensure that the sample was representative of gender and age.
3,000 interviews were done in France and 800 in each of the other countries. The results displayed include respondents who said they had a very good opinion or somewhat good opinion of car brands from the selected region or country.

Survey respondents from Portugal and Spain had the most favorable perception of South Korean car brands among the selected European countries, with ** and ** percent of them reporting having a good opinion of these brands, respectively. However, ** percent of Norwegian respondents had a very poor or somewaht poor opinion regarding South Korean car brands, which is the highest among the selected European countries.
