The second highest concentration of plastic surgeons was found in the Southern Region, with approximately ** percent of the total, followed by the Northeast, and Central-West, with **** and **** percent of the country’s cosmetic surgeons, respectively. As of that year, the North of Brazil had the lowest share of plastic surgeons.
