According a survey conducted between November 2022 and January 2023, around ** percent of respondents in Japan thought that tasks such as domestic and care labor hinder women's career advancement. Over **** percent of the respondents disagreed that unpaid domestic and care work was an obstacle to women's active participation in the workforce.
