In a survey conducted across a selection of Asia-Pacific countries in 2021, ** percent of Chinese respondents showed a preference for virtual touchpoints such as apps to manage their healthcare needs. In contrast, all other participating APAC countries showed a preference for physical appointments. At ** percent, this preference was especially clear among Australian respondents.
