* Between August 16 and September 9, 2022, 101 responses were obtained from specialists from B2B, B2C and B2B2C companies. From September 9 to September 16, 2022, another 6 interviews were conducted with specialists in CRM and Digital Strategy.
The main problem encountered with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software by Peruvian companies was that the tool was not used transversally throughout all company areas. At the same time, ** percent of respondents stated that their company lacked qualified employees to manage CRM in 2022.
