*The question posed by the source changed from the survey carried out the first half of July onwards. Before July, the question was as follows: "The Constitutional Convention must propose a draft of the new Constitution, which must be approved or rejected in a plebiscite with compulsory voting. With all the information you know until now, what will you vote?"

The approval rate of the new constitution of Chile did not exceed 38 percent in any of the surveys carried out since March 2022. In the latest edition, only 32.8 percent of Chileans intended to vote in favor of the proposed constitution, while 45.7 percent planned to reject it. The 2022 Chilean national plebiscite, held on 4 September 2022, resulted in the rejection of the proposal from Constitutional Convention. The Convention met for the first time in July 2021 and was established in order to draft a new constitution that would replace the one in force since 1980, approved during the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet.
