Please don't think about comparing yourself to others, but instead think about your own personal feeling of 'best'. For each element below, please tell us how you feel you are doing on a scale of 1 to 9, where 1 means feeling your absolute worst in this area and 9 means you're feeling your absolute best in this area. According to a global survey conducted in 2021, respondents who spent one hour per day on social media reported the healthiest feelings of wellbeing, scoring 67 points on the wellbeing index which included physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Additionally, users of social media who spent more than four hours daily on the online platforms experienced the weakest wellbeing score of all participants, with 64 points.
