Amid the recent political tensions between Russia and Ukraine, increased traffic congestion levels were recorded in the capital city of Ukraine. On February 24, when Russia launched a military attack in Ukraine, the congestion level spiked at over 140 percent at 8:00 a.m. The residents of the capital were reportedly trying to reallocate following the announcement.
