An online survey conducted in the United Kingdom in February 2020 found that ** percent of adults experienced potential online harm when having used the internet for *** hours or less on a weekday. Of respondents who used the internet for *** hours or less, their experience of harm increased to ** percent for weekdays and ** percent for weekends. For adults who used the internet for more than *** hours a day, the likelihood of facing online harms dropped to ** percent for weekdays and ** percent for weekends.
