The outstanding special deficit-financing bond includes refunding bonds for long-term debts transferred from JNR Settlement Corporation and the National Forest Service, etc., ad-hoc special deficit-financing bonds, tax reduction-related special deficit-financing bonds, and pension-related special deficit-financing bonds, GX economy transition bonds and child special bonds.
