According to the India residential energy survey conducted in 2019 and 2020, over ** percent of the households were satisfied with their electricity situation across India. However, over six percent of the households were very unsatisfied with their electricity connection in the same time period in the country. Duration of power supply, reliability and voltage stability seemed to be the major reasons for the unsatisfied consumers.
