An outlook on electricity grids in Europe shows that Germany will experience the largest expansion of power lines between 2023 and 2032. Over 10,000 kilometers of new electricity transmission lines will be added to the grid of the European country, while kilometers of the existing lines will be refurbished or upgraded.
