The index was calculated based on each markets鈥 specific equilibrium. A value of 100, represents perfect equilibrium, while a value of 125 and above equals 鈥淪ignificantly Oversupplied鈥, 115-125 鈥 鈥淪lightly Oversupplied鈥, 85-115 鈥 鈥淎ppropriately Supply鈥, 75-85 鈥 鈥淪lightly Undersupplied鈥, and 75 and below 鈥 鈥淪ignificantly Undersupplied.鈥"
