For more than **** of Mexican respondents surveyed in 2020, online travel agencies (OTAs) were the favorite medium to book a hotel or similar establishment. Regarding flights, out of ten survey participants in Mexico preferred to book directly through an airline website. Traditional travel agencies were the least popular for both types of services among Mexican respondents that year. In another 2020 survey, over **** of respondents in Mexico reported using OTAs to get the best nightly rate.
