The surveyed teenagers were separated into two age groups, those between 11 and 14 years old and those between 15 and 18 years old. In 2019, about 40 percent of all teenagers between 15 and 18 years knew how to delete their browsing history and did delete it. Only 5.6 percent of those teenagers surveyed did not know how to delete their browsing history. In comparison, about 30 percent of teenagers between 11 and 14 years old did not know how to delete their browsing history.
