As the popularity of social media has been growing in the past few years, the source wanted to assess how often and in which circumstances French teenagers aged between 11 and 18 years old used private browsing when accessing the Internet. In 2019, about 14 percent of all teenagers surveyed used private browsing everytime they accessed the internet. Almost 32 percent, on the other hand, didn't know at all what private browsing was.
