In Benin, ** percent of citizens considered the Chinese economical and political influence in their country as "somewhat positive" or "very positive" between 2019 and 2021. A high share, over or equal to ** percent, was also measured in Cabo Verde, Eswatini, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Morocco. On the other, only ** percent of the respondents had the same perception in Tunisia. On average, over ** percent of Africans evaluated China as a positive influence.
