All who played before AND during or since lockdown
Online omnibus survey
This question was phrased by the source as follows:
"Thinking about all of the activities we've been talking about (scratchcards, bingo, betting, casino and slots games) that you played before and during or after the lockdown period, would you say your spending increased, decreased or stayed the same at these times in comparison to before?"
The source adds the following information:
"In light of different timescales for easing of lockdown in England, Scotland and Wales, the question clarified this period as, ‘since non-essential shops re-opened in your area’. The post-lockdown period covered in the consumer survey does not exactly align with the monthly operator data. Also, when using the survey to compare post-lockdown data with data from before and during lockdown, it is important to note that the post-lockdown period covers a shorter time frame than the earlier periods."
