This survey illustrates the share of Europeans who plan to buy a hybrid or electric car within the next five years, in 2018, by country. Thus, it was in Italy and Spain where the intention to acquire this type of vehicle was the strongest. Indeed, more than **** of Italians and Spanish were planning to buy a hybrid vehicle in the coming years and almost half a 100 percent electric car.
