Over half of Spanish respondents to a *** survey highlighted the price of hybrid vehicles as the main discouraging factor for their purchase. The lack of access to nearby charging infrastructure and lack of trust in hybrid vehicles were the second and third leading reasons to not buy a hybrid car, at ** and ** percent. In contrast, range anxiety was the second-leading factor disincentivizing fully electric vehicle purchase in the country.
